CLASS SCHEDULE

  • WOD = WOD Group - Workout Of the Day. Checkout the Workout Of the Day.

  • Beginners Program = Batteraof Beginner's Program, 3 hours of CrossFit Fundamentals.

  • Open Gym = Free training for experienced members only ATTENTION!!! Open Gym is all hours we are open!

  • Weightlifting = Special class to learn and perfect the Clean&Jerk and Snatch.

  • Powerlifting = Special class, lift as much weight as possible for one repetition in the squat, bench press, and deadlift.

  • Gymnastics = Special class to master body weight movements.

  • Mobility = ROMWOD Special class, resolving pain, preventing injury and optimizing athletic performance.

FREE INTRO
Come in and meet us in person, check out the box, do a workout (WOD). Schedule your Free Intro at any regular WOD hour. And don't worry it doesn't matter what your current fitness level is - our FREE INTRO is for everyone!!
